An Extended Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison Method for Emergency Decision Making with Complex Linguistic Information

In recent years, different types of emergency events have taken place frequently around the world. Emergencies need to be addressed in shortest possible time since inappropriate or delayed decisions may result severe secondary disasters and economic losses. To make effectively within a limited time, new decision-making model is proposed this study based on double hierarchy hesitant linguistic term sets (DHHLTSs) multi-attributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method. First, performance assessment information solutions provided by domain experts represented DHHLTSs, which are very useful for managing complex expressions prominent manner. Then, we an extension MABAC method determine priority alternative find out optimal one event. Furthermore, criteria weights decision making determined objectively with maximum comprehensive Finally, practical public health example comparative analysis performed illustrate applicability advantages model.
